We started as a design and video agency.

Elkiya Digital began with graphic design and video editing, because that was what we knew. Then social media marketing, then paid ads, learned on the job with everything overlapping rather than one step at a time. Four international clients stayed four years. In 2026 we deprecated it so our founder could join more experienced operators: Pixel & Profits, a separate agency co-founded by Faisal Tirtonady and Aditya Aisar, where he is now a partner. Elkiya became the incubator.

We became the design and growth team for brands we didn't own: esports organisations, insurance clients, and U-Build Tiny Homes in Los Angeles, where a social, email and website overhaul grew revenue 120% in a year and sold 25+ homes.

After enough brands, we built our own.

The first was someone else's: a struggling pet-portrait store in the Netherlands. We took it over, rebuilt it with Indonesian talent, and grew it. It taught us Shopify, so we kept going: supplements, clothing, home goods, dropshipping, physical products of almost every kind. Each built lean, then sold or closed when it had run its course.

Started freelancing at 17, bootstrapped Elkiya on a $1,000-a-month remote job, then built, sold, closed and sometimes crashed a run of e-commerce brands, the first reaching 100,000+ customers with a 100-person remote team. None of those. We are operators: we started as an agency, built our own brands with the profits, and now incubate and back other founders’ businesses. We do not manage outside money.

Yes, through Pixel & Profits, a separate profit-first performance marketing agency co-founded by Faisal Tirtonady and Aditya Aisar. Our founder joined as a partner while it was growing. Elkiya itself is the incubator: our own brands, systems and ventures. Private marketing consulting and mentorship are open too.

Two doors. Growth partnership: we run your growth engine with you. Investment: we put in capital and work inside the business for a 90-day sprint, then decide together whether to scale. Terms depend on the business.

Businesses that already sell but have no growth engine: e-commerce and D2C, creator-led brands, local services with online demand, early B2B software. Indonesia first; the region case by case.

Some are active, some sold, some went bankrupt, and some failed because we made mistakes we will not repeat. The point was never one brand. It was learning to build, scale and exit, and knowing the failure modes first-hand.
